Built by someone who chose real estate.
Anmol graduated at the top of her class from Xavier College, Mumbai, with a degree in Mass Media in 2018. She moved quickly, starting as an Associate Producer and rising to Production Lead at Zilingo, a fast-growing MNC, well before most people reach that kind of role.
In 2021, she left that career behind to freelance as a video editor.
It wasn't an easy trade to make on paper. But freelancing gave her something the corporate track couldn't: the freedom to go deep on one thing instead of being good at everything. She chose real estate. Over the next three years, editing for realtor after realtor, she started noticing the same gap show up again and again. Most video editors could cut a clean, polished video, but they didn't understand real estate itself: why a buyer stops scrolling on one listing and not another, why a market update needs a different pace than a luxury walkthrough, why an agent's videos need to feel consistent across dozens of listings, not just look good one at a time. Realtors weren't short on editors. They were short on editors who actually understood their business.
That gap became the reason AK Media House exists. By 2024, the work had grown well beyond what Anmol could handle alone, so she brought in her longtime friend Romit Birhade, and together they built the agency around one deliberate choice: work with realtors, and only realtors, so that understanding never has to compete with anything else.
That focus is still the whole point today. Every editor on our team learns your market, your voice, and your brand, because real estate isn't a category we work in alongside others. It's the only thing we do.
